Apps and in-app subscriptions for some products can be purchased through the Google Play Store.
To cancel your In-App Subscription you will need to open your Google Play Store app. Once you are inside Google Play, click on your Account icon in the top right-hand corner. Select Payments & Subscriptions and then select the Subscriptions option. Here you will select the app and tap Cancel Subscription. The subscription will remain in effect through the time purchased and then will not renew with the next payment cycle.
Requests for a refund may be submitted to the Support Team by going to the app Settings and selecting Contact Support. Within your email to Support, please provide the Gmail account in which the purchase was made and detailed information on the issue in which you are having. The team will carefully review your submission for consideration of a refund. The outcome of each request is at the discretion of the team.
